Order Processing
24/48 hours for order processing. Shipping varies per item
Bundles, Closures, and Frontals up to 7 business days
Lace Wigs & Custom Wigs up to 7 business days.
This time frame does not include weekends and holidays. Tracking numbers are sent automatically to the email address listed at checkout. Please allow 24 hours to see movement with your tracking status.
Order Delays
We are not responsible for shipment delays due to holidays, weather, or other natural or environmental factors.
Order Cancellations
To cancel your order, please contact us via email at chasitybasley1@gmail.com within 24 business hours of the purchase date. Cancellation request after 24 hour timeframe will not be honored. Orders processed will be charged a $25.00 restocking fee. This will be deducted from the total purchase amount.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the limited availability of our products, all items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Protection you can count on
If you don't receive the item that you ordered, or it shows up significantly different from its description, you may qualify for Purchase Protection, and we'll reimburse you for the full purchase price plus any original shipping costs, subject to terms and limitations. If you are charged for a transaction that you didn't make, let us know within 60 days, and we've got you covered.
